We are Whiskey and Charlie! We are passionate about living a life free of stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and we want to share our stories with you! We have been best friends and spouses for almost 20 years, and we have been through a lot. From getting married young, joining the ARMY, having kids, losing jobs, being broke, and a myriad of other obstacles we persevere. Please enjoy our shows and let us know about you!

We enjoy hand-made wood crafting, and we are creating simply built and reasonably priced items from many different types of wood, some functional and some decorative. Wood-craft has always been a passion, and is a way we can spend time together to better our lives and that of our children.

Also, we are actively creating a Real-Life and Mental Health Podcast about how we have managed through everyday life dealing with all of the battles going on in our lives like stress, anxiety, depression and we’d love it if you checked it out! We aim to be a judgement free ally for any and all to be able to maybe use our example to help themselves, build their dreams, and find their Yeti. Too many people suffer in life, and we’d like to see less people have to.

We consider all people dealing with Mental Health issues as Mental Health Warriors! It’s a fight, and we can all win. With our backgrounds covering many areas Military Veteran, Parents, Mental Health Warriors, Parents of children with Anxiety and with a variety of different situations chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD we feel it is important, especially now, that we try to help people that are in the same shoes as us, and might benefit knowing that you can survive it. There are too many people in this world that resort to unhealthy alternatives as ways of dealing with the impact of Mental Health issues, and we have some experience dealing with that ourselves including addiction, anger, and other outlets. Our Podcast also focuses on our core values.

Thank You for stopping by our website, feel free to browse our store, ask any questions, and feel free to listen to our Real-Life and Mental Health Podcast!
